Pastor Andy has a heart for connecting people with their purpose.  This is evident by his passion to see people take a next step in their walk with Christ.  As the son of a pastor, he has been a part of the church world all of his life.  He founded WRC because he knows the hope of the world is to plant as many life-giving churches as we can before our King returns.   Pastor Andy is married to Amy & they have 3 kids and 3 grandkids!  

Amy joined our staff in 2013 and serves in an administrative role, helping keep the day-to-day operations of WRC organized and running smoothly. Her attention to detail and dedication help support our staff and ministries, allowing us to work together effectively to fulfill our mission of helping others encounter Jesus.

Scott joined our staff in 2019 to help build our Dream Teams and keep them healthy. He stays connected to each team leader to help solve problems and concerns they may have.  His commitment to excellence and his genuine care for our volunteers contribute significantly to the overall strength and unity of our church community. His role plays a crucial part in helping others encounter Jesus!

Eric joined our staff in 2024 as our Life Group Pastor. We are a church of small groups and Eric plays a crucial role in ensuring our groups thrive and our leaders are well-supported. His guidance and pastoral care empower our Life Group leaders to create welcoming environments where authentic connections flourish. Eric helps create environments for others to encounter Jesus!

Sharon has been working with kids for over 30 years. Since assuming the role of Kids Director in 2013, she's brought an extra touch to how our children encounter Jesus. Her joy shines through in every creative activity, lesson, and interaction she creates with our young ones. Sharon's commitment to nurturing their spiritual growth is a cornerstone of our community!

Meaghan was hired as our Creative Director in 2019. She creates the graphics used throughout Sunday morning services and oversees communications for WRC. This includes social media, email communications, announcement scripts, and other content designed to help connect WRC with our community both inside and beyond the church walls.

Courtney joined our team in 2025 as our Worship Leader. She leads our worship ministry, working alongside our worship team to create an atmosphere where people can encounter Jesus through worship. She also oversees our production team to ensure our services run with excellence. Through both worship and production, Courtney helps create an environment that allows people to engage with God and experience His presence.

Aimee stepped into leadership of Ignite Student Ministry in 2024. She brings a contagious passion for mentoring and supporting our students, ensuring they not only have fun but also grow spiritually. Her dedication to nurturing the next generation is evident in the positive relationships she builds and the experiences she creates for our students to encounter Jesus.

Anton joined our team in 2024 and serves through video production and storytelling. He creates a variety of video content for WRC, including testimonies, announcements, promotional videos, and other content that helps communicate the vision and message of our church. Through his creativity and passion for storytelling, Anton helps share what God is doing at WRC and connect people with our church both inside and beyond the church walls.

Scott and Christine have been a cornerstone of our church community since its beginning. From the first day of WRC, Scott and Christine have been instrumental in shaping the church’s vision, offering wisdom, mentorship, and support to all who have called WRC "home". Their commitment to service and love for the congregation is evident in every prayer, and act of kindness. As a pillar of strength, they continue to inspire and lead, embodying the spirit and values upon which our church was built.

Scott and Bobbi have been faithful servants of our church for many years, exemplifying humility, wisdom, and a deep love for God’s people. They attended our Thursday night bible study back in 2011 and have been a longtime leader within the congregation, they have played a vital role in nurturing the spiritual lives of others, always willing to lend a listening ear and offer heartfelt guidance. They are known for theri compassion and steadfast commitment to upholding the church’s mission, working tirelessly to ensure the well-being and unity of the community. With a heart for service and a devotion to prayer, They continue to inspire and lead by example.

Andy and Kristi Cates have been a part of WRC since our very first Sunday. As elders, they serve our church family with wisdom, faithfulness, and a genuine heart for people. Having been here from the beginning, they have faithfully supported the vision of WRC and have played an important role in helping our church grow and move forward. Through the years, they have continued to lead, encourage, and care for those within our church family. Their years of dedication, service, and faithfulness have made them an invaluable part of the WRC family.
